Luxurious outpost for new American cuisine & small plates with lengthy wine & brown spirits lists. When the concept of a malt lounge and Tapas for the community was conjured, it was imagined to be a classic yet contemporary venue for all to come and enjoy. The “classic” resonates in our spirits, décor, and entertainment, while the contemporary shines through our carefully crafted dinner menu that fuses international flavors.
Le Malt's logo was inspired by the Royal Coat of Arms of Scotland, which was the official coat of arms of the monarchs of Scotland as well as the birth place of Scotch Whisky. Scotch Whisky evolved from a Scottish drink called uisge beatha, which means "lively water" or "water of life".
The Experience
The Experience
Every palate achieves that elusive, age-defining balance of malt, barley, and history, while experiencing one of our 1,000 brown spirits from around the world - even bourbons, cognacs, brandies & aged tequilas. However, our Signature Cocktail menu shines.
If you can't find it anywhere else, you'll find that rare spirit, say, The John Walker, Macallan M, or a Balvenie Single Malt 40 Years at Le Malt, as our collection amasses more than 1,000 bottles. Oh, and a menu of 300 of our carefully chosen wines (still and sparkling), as well as decadent selection of Entrees & Tapas. Who says you can't please everyone?

Every plate showcases that unique, cuisine-defining balance of sweet, salty, and sour — even dessert.
A vibrant mix of sophisticated Tapas and Entrees along with playful lounge spaces transcend into fête extraordinaire. Le Malt transforms it's "Comfort Food" into their international and innovative avatars. It features Asian, French and Spanish influences and some play with molecular gastronomy on all the small plates Le Malt has to offer. Bon Appétit!
